Fasting and hypertrophi

What is your recommendation for People Who train gym 6AM fasted in the mornings?
Is it important to get some protein (cheese /Milk) post workout or can I wait til 1PM without losing Any Muscle?

Main goal Muscle building.

That will work fine. For maximum muscle building, or for those with high levels of stress, I usually recommend to eat the first meal in either the morning or in the forenoon to combat cortisol.
Even if you train early in the morning and doesn’t eat until the evening, you will not lose any muscle as long as you don’t starve yourself. If you get all the nutrients and building blocks you need, you will make progress.

For maximum progress though, it’s best to eat within an hour or two after training. If you have a feeding window and want maximum gains, simply move it to a few hours after your training session instead of starting it later in the day.
